Call for Abstract / Executive Summary and Full Paper

The conference includes workshops, oral/poster presentations and plenary sessions designed to raise the awareness of participants of recent developments in the science and art of cassava, rice and maize agronomy in relation to digital tools. Abstracts of original research papers, demonstration projects, and/or lessons learned from professional experience working with digital technologies are therefore invited.

Presenter eligibility: One of the authors, who is a member of ANA and/or a registered participant of AKILIMO-Lagos-2026 by paying the prescribed Registration Fee, will only be allowed to present the abstract in oral or poster session in-person.
Review process: All submitted abstracts will be transmitted to reviewers and reviewed anonymously for consideration.
Publication: Only abstracts received by the deadline of 31st May 2026 and meeting the prescribed standard will appear in the Book of Abstracts pre-printed before the conference. Only abstracts presented during the conference will be post-printed in the Book of Proceedings.

Guide for Abstract / Executive Summary Preparation
  • Not more than 300 words
  • Written in Times New Roman, 12pt, single spaced
  • Must state briefly: objective(s), methodology, major findings and conclusion(s)
  • No citations, tables, figures or illustrations in the abstract body
  • Must include: Title (centered), list of author(s) and affiliations
  • Identify corresponding author's email address and phone number (preferably WhatsApp)
